Radishes……..sometimes spicy, sometimes mild, they are sassy and friendly at the same time. I love their contrasting red and white colors with their playful green leaves; they don’t need too much attention to be great!
Radishes with Sea Salt & Sweet Butter Sea Salt (I like Maldon because it’s flaky) freshly picked garden radishes sweet cream butter (unsalted!)
Place radishes with leaves intact on a platter or board. Put the sea salt in a small dish or just make a pile! Put the sweet butter out on the board or on a small plate with a cheese knife.
Pick up the radish by the leaves, swipe with butter, sprinkle with salt, eat, smile………
